Suzy Allegra Bio
Suzy Allegra has already impacted thousands of lives throughout the US and Europe. But she’s not even close to reaching her goal. She intends to make an impact on millions of people to motivate, inspire, and educate them to get off their A– (couch) and do two things:
- Take a bold step (risk, leap-of-faith) for positive change, and
- Follow their heart, passion, and intuition (or gut) to do what makes them happy and excited to get out of bed each day, and to LIVE their purpose in this world (not just go through the motions)!
She went into teaching to make a positive contribution to the world. “I’m doing what I’m doing now for the same reason,” she says, as she challenges people to embrace change, capture the moment, and become more productive.
Suzy has been speaking for 11 years, authoring for 5 years, and creating art all her life. “In the last 20 years I’ve also come to understand the power of the mind and how our belief systems create the world around us,” she says. “This is the underlying theme of everything I do, say, write, and live.”
When you change the way you think, you’ll change your life. Pure and simple. But it takes commitment and tenacity to keep focused on where you want to be, not what isn’t right. We all can have the keys to unlocking our minds, so that we can empower our hearts. This way we can make positive contributions to our world AND have a great life in the process!
